Put the kibosh on terror.
This is a direct port of the CTSFO "MIL-SIM" model from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). As an added bonus, I have also ported the long-forgotten-about CTSFO constable "Brooks" from the "Piccadilly" mission in the campaign. Everything in this pack was scaled down universally — meaning, the dimensions from the base/vanilla game are exactly the same.
Since this was my most popular mod for almost an entire year straight and I have improved my modding quality tenfold since, I decided to ravmp this mod by building it from the ground up, enhancing the glaring issues with it from my original upload. I have attached two images depicting the upgrades from the original 1.0.0 release and, to preserve history, added "outdated" captions to images taken of the mod from then.
VERSION 2.0.0 UPDATE - CHANGELOG!
• Added an add-on ped version per popular request
• Added proper specular occlusion to create sheen, reflection, metalness, and gloss in places they would realistically emit
• Overhauled all texture maps from scratch, with improved bakes and removed "split" normals
• Optimised texture maps from my previously overkill "4K" textures from earlier last year to be my standard "2K", allowing my mod to be more accessible on lower-end machines and FiveM servers, with no visible quality loss
• Added medium and low LODs to every mesh, both for the add-on peds and the clothing in the MP Male kit pack
• Combined the Avon S10's gas mask lenses to be with their mask, removing a redundant extra component/drawable
• Fixed and emulated the transparency on anti-flash goggles
• Separated the goggles from the helmet to allow for two more configurations: lowered, and raised
• Added the original 5.11 balaclava to the MP Male kit pack
• Added skin mask mechanics to the arms of the UPPR, enabling the arms to change their skin tone to reflect the dynamic tone/race your Freemode character has
• Added bloodmappings to all meshes, both for the add-on peds and everything in the MP kit pack
The CTSFO are the national police entity in the United Kingdom that assess, mitigate, and neutralise miscreant acts of terror, espionage, and integral security threats. If you plan to use this for realistic roleplay purposes, these uniforms should rarely appear, as local metropolitan police forces bear the jurisdiction over a vast majority of city, provincial, and borough crime.
Everything is blood mapped. As an added bonus-BONUS, I also sourced and ported the original, fully-rendered head scan of the CTSFO's unmasked face, something never seen before. All heads have full facial rigging.
This pack includes the following:
○ Condor Long Sleeve Combat Shirt Gen II
• Three variants: grey, black, and blue
○ Arc'Teryx LEAF Talos trousers with boots
• Three variants: grey, black, and blue
○ FirstSpear Siege-R Plate Carrier with IR patches
○ Assorted kit
• Two variants: grey, and grey-black mag pouch accents
○ Drop kit
• Two variants: grey-black, and grey-black accents
○ Rear pouches with Avon S10 gas mask
• Two variants: grey-black, and grey-black accents
○ Oakley Factory Pilot 2.0 gloves
○ 5.11 balaclava
○ Authentic CTSFO police shoulder patches
• FAST helmet with IR strobe and battery pack
○ Anti-flash goggles
• Three configurations: raised, lowered, and removed
There are no (known) bugs with any portion of this pack.
HOW TO INSTALL:
PED VERSION
First, install Add-On peds at this link here.
Then, right-click on the application in your GTA 5 root directory and run it as an administrator.
In the drop-down at the drop, create a new ped and enter this as its name:
ywr_ctsfo
Do the same if you wish to install the bonus ped:
ywr_ctsfo_brooks
Select the "Male" option, set "Is Streamed" to "false" in the drop-down list, click "Save," and click "Rebuild" at the top.
Finally, in OpenIV, drag the files from the download into the following directory:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > addonpeds > dlc.rpf > peds.rpf
You're set.
MP CLOTHES VERSION
I have organised each component and their texture(s) into their own clean folders so you do not lose track of what you are installing.
For this pack, it is best to use HeySlickThatsMe's MP Clothes mod and rename the .ydd and .ytd of each file to whatever slots are available for you.
That mod is here.
For the main components, you will install (and rename if needed) them in the following directory:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpclothes > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpclothes_male.rpf

@WolfFire23309 Love to hear it, lad. I primarily used CTSFO II, Gaz's Claymore skin, and UDT Ghost. Saw a tonne of McLovins back then as well, haha.
@YourWelshRaptor i am very confused on how you actually install this i put the files in the correct folder but they don't show up in game any help?
@Envivity Rename the file names to your first free slots in each category (accs, decl, jbib, etc.) and put them in here:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpclothes > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpclothes_male.rpf
@YourWelshRaptor how do i know what slots i have free?
@Envivity In the MPClothes directory, whatever your last number is for each component, you rename my files to the next free one.
For example, if you have accs_031_u.ydd as your last accs component, you will rename my accs file to "accs_032_u." If lowr_005_r is your last one, you would rename my supplied lowr to "lowr_006_r." Same for the respective textures.
@YourWelshRaptor i only have mp_f_freemode_01_p_mp_f_clothes_01 folder
mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01 folder
and mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01.ymt in the directory
@Envivity Back out one directory. The male files are in the dlc.rpf directory, not the dlc1.rpf. If you're missing this, it might be best to reinstall MPClothes, lad.
@YourWelshRaptor Sorry but its the same with the male too
@YourWelshRaptor i have tried everything reinstalling follow your exact instruction and nothing any help? I'm using menyoo and have nothing in any slots using your default files
@Envivity No idea what the issue is, then. Have you tried opening them to see the models/textures and then replace default clothing?
Could also be that you didn't add the mpclothes line to your dlclist.xml. Sounds like you did not install MPClothes correctly.
@YourWelshRaptor i have checked the clothes and the dlclist 1 question is it spelled mpclothes or MPClothes?
@Envivity
dlcpacks:/mpclothes/

Make sure you also have the MP Stub Patch mod installed:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/mp-stub-clothes-patch#comments_tab
@YourWelshRaptor thx for the help i tryed my hardest im just sticking with add-on peds
@YourWelshRaptor i got it working just no add on
@YourWelshRaptor that was pretty cool but im stick to add on peds

bro make addon ped to this, this will be easier for us
@arunyoutube 1,300 people before you had no issues. You must have installed MPClothes and/or the MP Stub patch incorrectly. Not on me.
There's no need for me to make an entire Add-On ped when you can customise/mix-and-match any part of this on the Freemode Male. Either ask for specific help or figure it out on your own.
Very nice clothing Mod. Works Perfectly Fine without any issues!
great work!
