For some reason my game won't start with this mod in the game folder. Script hook and simple trainer I use are fine and they work but as soon as I put this mod in the folder the game won't launch. And it worked fine before the Casino Heist update. Does anyone have the same problem? What might be the issue here?

I have an idea for a mod but unfortunately I'm not very good at modding.
I think a bus driver mod would be extremely cool.
It'd give you two possibilities - to be a passenger of a bus and to be a bus driver.
Buses should have their own routes and go from one bus stop to the next collecting passengers. There should be city buses that course around LS and also coaches that can take you to the top sections of the map. As a passenger you should be able to either watch the whole road or skip to the next stop or to the particular stop that interests you.
Obviously there would need to be a filter added to a map which would show the routes of different buses and their stops so you could check everything. Perhaps it'd be possible to mod bus stops so that there is a schedule on them which you could read by approaching it and clicking "action button" (D-Pad Right on controller).
If you wanted to drive a bus you'd have to go to a bus station and chose the track you'd like to drive (each would consist of a certain amount of bus stops arranged in a fixed order like in real life). You'd approach the bus stop and wait for all passengers to get on (it would require some serious scripts) and then you'd have to go to the next bus stop. Some poeple would get off, some would get on add you'd go to the next one and so on until your track is finished.
What do you think about it? Do you think it'd be possible?
