Windows tinting doesnt work, if you tint glass, lights are tinted too and no change between light, dark or pure black

@iSentrie i dont need LODs, my mods are made, first of all, for myself...

@MrDredd yeah, i checked now and lights are covered in tint when enabled, i'll fix that and re-upload.
As for the tint options, i dont use vanilla textures so they might not work.
