Map updated, now includes version with greatly increased security, as I noticed it was very easy to just snipe Steve from afar. However, now there are police in areas around the house party and snipers hidden on many buildings. Be careful or you'll get shot!
Steve Hains is taking a break from the FIB at a party in Vinewood. And you've been contracted to take this chance to assassinate him! Grab your sniper rifle and take the shot, or storm the party. It's your choice. As long as he's dead by the end of it, you can go and collect your cash from the contractor at the second location (marked on the map image)
To retrieve your pay, assassinate Steve Haines and then head to the location marked on the map to meet the head of a local gang who will give you 30K.
Installation:
1. Extract the .zip file you downloaded
2. Place the .xml file in your game directory
3. Go in-game, and open the map editor menu (Default key is F7)
4. Select load map, hit enter and type in the name of the .xml file that is now in your game directory
5. Go to the marked location and start!
6. Optional - Spawn in bodyguards with Enhanced Native trainer or a similar mod to assist you with your mission

@casanostra I'll publish it tonight. I recommend turning on notifications for my new uploads to see all my mods when they come out!
On another note, this map (a deal between Mafia and Merryweather on the dam) is great if you want a stealth approach. You can sneak around the way I do it in the video on the mod page but take out the gaurd on the first tower with a suppressed pistol or melee weapon (as long as his weapon doesn't trigger when he dies) and then kill the second guard as you walk up the back of the dam. Then, hiding behind the van, make sure you've got a full clip of minigun or heavy SMG ammo and open fire on the rest of the guards!
