INSTALLATION:
Just add this line to your dlclist.xml after adding "beachmansion" folder to your dlcpacks:
dlcpacks:\beachmansion\
then simply add this line to you dlclist.xml located at: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
dlcpacks:\beachmansion\

Man I love this place. But my saved moded cars always sink hardcore into the ground in the garage when loading up. Usually when I approach the game freaks out and the car reappears upside or something. Is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening?
