This map is an interior of a motel room, Bilingsgate motel exactly.

Custom Props Add-On: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
Installation:
1. Add motel.xml to: Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
2. In game, open menyoo, go to Object Spooner\Manage saved files, find "motel" and click Load Placements. You will be spawned at this location.
If you have any idea to make this interior look better, just post a comment and let me know.
