The military was trying to create from a small town a safe zone from the infected, but it was one soldier or civilian being infected, and the infection site, there was no stopping.
Installation:
1) Download the archive with the map and extract it to the game directory.
2) Run game, start the Map Editor.
3) In the line "load map" register "city" (without the quotes) and press "Enter" and all!

@Derpy-Canadian lel, but why would you enable traffic for an apocalypse based map ? before critic all Menyoo/ME map may you should find smart argument xd
@DiAZ I do not want to disable traffic though, what if I were to just like the looks of this for the sake of having it and for example have paleto an apocalyptic town but have the rest of the state all fine. (oh and yea I am calling it a state. but yes I do know it is very unrealistic how R* portrays it especially considering SA)
@Derpy-Canadian so he should waste his time editing the entire paleto region traffic only for you cause you don't want waste few second turning off/on the traffic when entering/exiting paleto ? Yeah legit ...
I can agree that some mod could benefit of CW path/scenario editing, but no need to ask for it on every map just cause you rage people still use Me/menyoo, I'm pretty sure you don't even try the map and don't have map editor anyway i'm wrong ?
A smart argument would have been about turning the map to ymap for performance gain
but your traffic suggestion make no sens, more again since only you want him to waste his time doing a thing only you need cause you're lazy to turn On/off the traffic for a map that anyway you don't even use ...
@Shaezbreizh first of all, how the f*ck do you know if I use it or not?? whos to say I did not convert to ymap? and second of all, deleting the traffic would take an extra minute (oh and also just saying the scenarios will stay which ruins the "lore") Also you should stop defending ME, ME is from 2015. Seriously bro
@Derpy-Canadian Well seeing all the negativ comment you made about map that are made with " rubish " menyoo/me (and it started before solla converter) that are not " addon map " etcetc let me think that you don't use any or take time to convert them, but that great if you changed your mind and use these map now ;D
And yeah it would take minutes while it take like 10 sec to turn off/on traffic ig. About menyoo/me, even if codewalker is better on many points, these tool are still usefull for fast object placement in my opinion , whatever it's map editor (faster) or menyoo ( more accurate/option) so i think there is no problem to defend them what wrong with that, yeah cw is da best, but i prefer me/menyoo for object placement cause i find them faster and i like to do it ig but I hope CW will be more fluid and easyer to use.
Anyway that a bad place to talk about that xS
