first download menyoo trainer here it is https://ru.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
hen when installed throw the folder huyna.xml in gta 5/menyoostuff/spooner then open the cheat menyoo (F8) click object spooner/managet save file and select huyna.xml then load and that's it
