Installation instruction:
1. dowload menyo from this link https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp and install it
2. donwload map builder from this link https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder and install it
3. go into the may folder of gta v and then go to menyooStuff and Spooner and copy the file
4. open gta v
5. when the game is loaded open the menyo menu (F8)
6. go to object spooner
7. go to manage saved file
8. select the file you copyed before
9. then press load placement
10. enjoy the house
11. to pen the door you have to enable the dynamic of ench one with menyoo (contact me if you have problem)
If you have problem with this mod contact me because i spent a lot of hours to do it and i don't want nobady is unhappy with it
or if you have any suggestuion fell free to contact me and tell me.

Is the boat drivable?
The big yacht no all the other boat you need to unfrozen the veicol opening the menyoo mento when you are on the boat you want to use press F8 and go on veicol then pres two times frozen veicol
Can you do a ymap version or even a map editor version?
I will try to it but I already tried and some pice disaper and appear continually I will try agin today
If someone have problem or suggestions just write hear I will be happy to help
ymap should not be a problem anymore because the flickering objects were all fixed in mapbuilder 3.2.0
can you tell me which objects dissapear?

hey how you create an heliport with heli pads and all stuff ? can you say the name of the props i need to create one heliport. thanks
