Thanks for 2000 total downloads. This mod adds many props to the existing lester's factory/warehouse like lighting, wall, gate. vegetation etc.. There is also a FIB version.
I am working on multiple projects like oil rig and penthouse

Download and install:

ScriptHook V.NET
OpenIV
MENYOO
Map Builder
Object Spawn Unlocker
[INSTALLATION]
(MENYOO)
1. Copy the LESTER-FACTORY.xml or LESTER-FACTORY [FBI VER.].xml
2. Paste the .xml file in Gtav/menyoostuff/Spooner
3.Enjoy!
(YMAP)
1.Copy the LESTER-FACTORY.ymap
2.Open open iv
3.Go to
/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/CustomMaps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/cityem/maps/custom-maps.rpf and paste here
4. YMAP version does not consist any ped or vehicles
5.Enjoy!
