Here is a walk-in Record Studio in Vinewood.
It includes a large recording studio, a toilet and several small rooms for chilling and a Custom Sign.

It replaces the original (Vanilla) Record Studio from Rockstar

SP:
1. Copy "joes_vw_records_sp" folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Add "joes_vw_records_sp" to the dlclist.xml
RageMP:
1. Copy "joes_vw_records_ragemp" folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Add "joes_vw_records_ragemp" to the dlclist.xml
FiveM:
1. Put the "joes_vw_records_fivem" into your resource Folder.
2. ensure "joes_vw_records_fivem" into your Server.cfg

@Herr_joe nah the studio is the only mlo and the area is free from anything near it so im not sure just fuckin sucks i cant just walk in lol i have to do a tricky no clip just to get thru the door
