This time I have created a small island on the sandy shores lake, this island has some small apartments, parking, 2 small houses, docks and a Theme park with a roller coaster and Ferris wheel on there.

- Installation Tutorial -
Once my mod is downloaded, access the .rar file, copy the .XML file, head over to your GTA V directory then go to MenyooStuff/Spooner then paste the XML in there
After that run GTA V, open Menyoo with F8, go to object spooner, mange saved files and load the file

Great mod!
I was really waiting for someone to create another version of the theme park than the one the game provides plays.The whole island idea is both brilliant and original.
Could you make a creation of a Theme park bigger than the original one that the game has with all the huge rides and a Haunted Horror house as well?
