This Military Base is located in the Raton Canyon around that huge train bridge. The Base can be entered by 3 entrances on the ground and you can also enter it by walking through the train tunnel and then climb down the bridge. This map was build with around 1800 props.
The first video below was made by me and shows the whole map with no missing objects and all peds on it, check it out!
This map offers the following stuff:
Huge Military Base
A part of the base is enterable by the player (Actually a very small part ;))
3 Helipads
1 Runway (Possible to take off, but landing probably difficult)
1 Military Outpost
There are two waterfalls directly under the base.
For everything else, take a look at the pictures/videos!
Location:
The Military Base is located in the Raton Canyon on your GTA Map. There is also a picture with the correct location at this site.
Installation:
1. Install the Map Editor by Guadmaz and make sure its the latest version and works correctly, this is very important!
2. Pick one of the following two .xml files and move it into your GTA main folder.
RatonCanyonP.xml (1815 props, 86 peds, recommended)
or
RatonCanyonH.xml (1814 props, 0 peds, most stable)
Bugs:
Whenever you see that an object is obviously missing, you know that your pc didnt load the whole map.
Please do not upload these files on any other site. However, you are welcome to share the link to this site whereever you want. I also appreciate every comment in the section below, reviews on Youtube and everything like that. Cheers and have fun!

1800 props. This will cause some serious lags on average systems.
Please add a reduced version with max 1000 props.
However, five stars for the level of detail.
1800 props? the cap is like 1000 though....
amazing.. but 1 question.. how to deal online with this mod ? possible or nah ? keep doing this mods !!!

@Guadmaz @Guadmaz Hmm, because i am at 1300 now and have been deleting objects for the past two days trying to make it stable. Currently it crashes before it even finishes loading. I've tried everything and the only thing i can think of is that my first file has 14 "world" and the other file has 1.

@VisualParadox Which XML are you trying to load? The peds may crash the game since there's a small limit on them.
@Guadmaz I'm talking about my own mod, sorry. I have two files with 600 lights in each map file. No peds.

@Turok Hey. Drück mal F7, dann auf Load, dann auf XML und in das Eingabefenster schreibt du dann den Namen der Map.
i run gta on high settings and after i loaded the map my fps dropped to around 15-17fps so gg
