The city of Del Perro is excited to announce that a new Ice Cream Parlor has opened on the pier! Come swing by with your family and friends and enjoy the best tasting ice cream in San Andreas...

- More safety for the pier, including security cameras and poles to keep cars off the walking part of the pier.
- More vehicle spawns in both the pier parking lot and the beach parking lot.

You might notice a door that says "Staff Only" on it. Well, Vespucci Police decided to sell their building, and the company that owns The Palace Ice cream, picked up the space. The plans aren't 100 percent correct yet, but some think they are expanding their kitchen...

*IMPORTANT* With Version 1.1, you now have to have 3 more external mods. The new mods & their links are included in the description. Most of the mods are really easy to install, and none of the models replace existing models. I am aware that the game config link doesn't work. Just type in "Gameconfig" and it is the 1st one (with the Casino Artwork).
