The train can now go to Elysian Island and East Los Santos if you like this, then you'll have it.
The Mod I used was Track Recorder to make the train look like it was traveling the Elysian Island and East LS.
There are some bugs when making the track so watch out for that, I will fix that in the future
if you don't know how install: Make a mods folder, then copy common.rpf into the mods folder, Then go in common.rpf/data/levels/gta5, then copy the trains1.dat to the gta5 folder inside the mod.
if you don't like the install text, you can always use the Install.txt in the file.

OpenIV is required to install.
