This map requires Menyoo PC. You have to have the latest patch of GTA V and the latest Scripthook V.
Once you've installed Menyoo you'll have a "Menyoostuff" folder in your game directory.
Go to that, then drop the xml file(s) in your Spooner folder.
Go to Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files and select Ultra Ramp from the list. Then select Load Placements.

@Roma_Moder Go to Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files > Select Ultra Ramp from the list > Select Load Placements > Right click on the track > Texture Variation > Change the number to change the color ( 1 for Red, 2 for Blue, 3 for Purple, 4 for Black, 5 for Light brown, 6 for dark brown, 7 for Yellow, 8 for dark yellow, 9 for green, 10 for pink, 11 for Light blue and red stripes, 12 for grey, 13 for Orange, 14 for Dark green, 15 for Pink
