Biker DLC gameconfig Support for Melee AI & MP Maps 1.0

This is a gameconfig.xml that does two following things:
1. Fixes crashing while loading mp maps on a modded game due to low limits (this is the reason why Open Interiors v5 isn't working for you guys) - credits to _CP for fixing this
2. Fixes melee AI so that when multiple opponents are fighting they act a bit less dumb - there will be less waiting for NPCs to attack with melee, more NPCs will fight melee at once as well. Credits to InfamousSabre for discovering this
Installation:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
NOTE: If you're NOT on biker's update then don't use this as it might break your game. And vice versa - if this mod is outdated while you're reading this, wait for an update.

NOTE: this is NOT a fix for people crashing due to too many add-on cars. If you have that issue there are other configs that *should* fix your problem. Your issue is caused by breaking the DLC limit with the addon cars.
@ReaperVC omg finally thanks. have you looked into why they stand around doing nothing and also if you find a way to get more to fight would you fix that issue?
@irishpikey Did you test this config yet? I can assure you compared to vanilla, a gang melee fight will be slaughterhouse. I already edited the melee limits to be nearly 30x bigger than vanilla, vanilla allows only 3 peds at once in melee state and 1 attacking, this config allows 100 in melee state and 30 attacking at once. I don't want to push it further cause it could cause crashes. You're free to edit it yourself using this advice:

@ReaperVC just followed that guide and did some changes,i doubled most of the values and went ham on the CombatMeleeManager_Groups putting the value to 650. went back in game and spawned 10v10 and everyone was fighting so i went onto spawning 15v15 and same thing all fighting no one standing around but i crash when its 20v20 so i will continue to edit till its stable.
@irishpikey Yeah that's why I'm staying with the values I've put, I don't want people complaining about random crashing yet its good enough... good luck finding your balance hope it works for you

What did you do to fix this ? maybe we can combine this with the "limitless addon mod" and get a better result ?
@FranklinTheBOSS I tried, but this config "mixed" often crashes my game...

For those with addons that cause the game to crash with this gameconfig:
A good idea would be to download Notepad++ and use the Compare feature, then use that to import all vehicle-related changes from a working gameconfig to CP's gameconfig file, and see if that works.
Hey bro ..... Can you add some infos for 100+ add-on cars on this config so that it would be best for both bikers melee attack and addons ?

Crashes when I use this config but I still used the information with this mod's "CombatMeleeManager_Groups" to increase melee fights with my original config and it's awesome so far!
