How to download it: (you need OpenIV) Update>update.rpf>common>data>then drag my file into there.

Brighter headlights? Brighter police lights? Or both?
This mod gives me weird extra lights/coronas on the back of the 'rural' highway patrol/sheriff cars (the white ones). Will post a picture when I can.
When i have police cars with the spinning lights, the lights dont show up
