If you only need waves (no clear water): In the original file "water.xml" you need to replace only part <WaveQuads>...</WaveQuads> (from 11361 string to the penultimate string) from a modified file "water.xml"

And you need OPENIV to change the XML.
Files so Make sure you have openiv and search properly.
