NOTE: Rockstar fixed the issues with slow GTA Online loading times, so this mod is only useful for skipping Rockstar logos and legal messages. I'll update this mod with some new features when I'll have some spare time.
GTAVTurboLoadMod speeds up loading of the game by skipping Rockstar logos and legal messages, but it also speeds up GTA Online loading times by 70 percent or more!
You can use this mod with any mod loader you wish, but it is recommended to use my own mod loader, GTAVTurboLoader, which is included with the mod. Its big advantage is that it doesn't modify any game files!
Instructions how to use this mod with GTAVTurboLoader:
- Unzip GTAVTurboLoader.exe and GTAVTurboLoadMod.dll to the same folder
- Move this folder to the location that will not disturb you, e.g. C:\ or the Documents folder
- Create shortcut to GTAVTurboLoader.exe on the Desktop, you can do this by right clicking GTAVTurboLoader.exe and clicking Create shortcut
- Right click the newly created shortcut and click Properties
- Depending on which platform you bought the game you must append the following at the end of Target element of the shortcut:
--- Steam: "/steam"
--- Epic Games: "/epic"
--- Other: GTA V directory path, without slash at the end, encapsulated in quotes, e.g. "C:\Grand Theft Auto V"
You also must put a space between GTAVTurboLoader.exe's path and the appended text, e.g. C:\GTAVTurboLoadMod\GTAVTurboLoader.exe "C:\Grand Theft Auto V"
Notice: There is less than 1 percent chance that this mod may get you banned on GTA Online but it will probably not because it is undetectable from the game's perspective.

Does it work on SP?

I didn't believe it the first time, i thought it's just another .bat file.
I have tested it and joined online in less than a 30 seconds.
Modding blessed us again. Much props to tostercx and you for this magical thing.
@Adam_PlayZ Yes it is, this mod also speeds up loading of singleplayer slightly
Seems to just run the game normally. Still shows logos and legal messages. Still takes a ridiculous amount of time to load online.
@M0msSpaghetti You probably installed mod the wrong way, use GTAVTurboLoader.exe and follow the tutorial step by step.
@TheMaking I followed the tutorial step by step. I'm not sure what you mean by "use GTAVTurboLoader.exe", but your instructions say to make a shortcut - which I use.
@M0msSpaghetti From which platform you bought the game? Mod was only tested on Rockstar Games and Epic Games, so it may not work on other platforms. Also GTAVTurboLoader.exe (so also that shortcut which is made when following tutorial step by step) MUST be run as an administrator, not running as an admin would just launch the game without loading the mod.
Mods are best
@TheMaking I purchased the game from steam. After running the exe file, the rockstar games launcher begins to run which then opens GTA V itself. Yes, I have been running the file as admin when attempting to use this mod. I even went as far as to completely disable my antivirus software in case that was somehow causing problems, but to no avail.
@M0msSpaghetti So, if it's not a problem on your side, GTA V from Steam differs from that of Epic Games/Rockstar Games. I will try to fix it in the next release. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I could not believe it, I just tried it and when I entered, the online load in less than 1 minute with an HDD, how is it possible that rockstar cannot make this possible? they deserve more than 5 stars !! they are geniuses.

what do i do here: Depending on which platform you bought the game you must append the following at the end of Target element of the shortcut: im on steam
@RandomUsername000 In the shortcut's Properties window there is Target element textbox, there should be something like this:
"C:\GTAVTurboLoadMod\GTAVTurboLoader.exe"
You must append "/steam" at the end of this text, so the Target element should look like this:
"C:\GTAVTurboLoadMod\GTAVTurboLoader.exe" "/steam"
Not sure what happened to my rating, so I'm making another post. Until it works on steam, leaving a 0.5 star rating.
Works perfectly on steam, the intro and logos are gone and the time to reach the main menu is much faster. not sure what's up up with the dude up there but he clearly messed up the target properties and decided to blame you for it
Doesn't works when clicking the online button, but going to story mod then online from the menu is wayyyyyyy faster than usual. Using epic btw. Nice mod gonna recommend it. Thx for skipping the anoying af intro btw.

it says invalid directory, bruh I made sure the directory is right
