Pig Pen Billboad ad
The legendary Pig Pen Strip Club from GTA SA is about to re-open in GTA V!
This is a tribute texture mod which adds 2 billboard Pig Pen re-opening announcement ads, one in the industrial part of the city and the other in Blaine County.
-Two different billboard ads:
One in the city (Industrial area) and the other in Blaine County (Joshua road)!
-For Los Angeles or for Los Santos!
-In the spirit of GTA, with fitting in design and colors!
-With realistic dirt, discoloration and weathering effects, different for each billboard!
-Three options for each billboard:
1-New (Re-opening coming soon...)
2-With light dirt effects (Re-opening has delayed a bit…)
3-With heavy dirt and loosened pvc weathering effects (What happened to the
re-opening?...)
-Two additional options for the Blaine County billboard:
Graffiti for the light dirt and heavy dirt option (Probably made by members of the First Redemption Church…)
-Full LODs!
-Easy installation (backup is included)!
-For the elder to remember and the younger to learn!

Love all these billboards mods! Especially the 3D to HD stuff! I LOVE mixing the universes. It would be awesome to put the Pig Pen in game.

@NoizeUnit Thank you very much! I like the mixing of the games too and I have an idea for a future project. As for the Pig Pen in GTA V, I was also thinking of that too but I haven't found a suitable building. Also it is sometimes quite hard to find the corresponsive textures of the builning that you want. But yes, this is something that I would like to do. I don't have a discord. Best way is to use the GTA 5 mods PM messages from Forums section.
