This changes the amount of blood when shot to a more realistic amount.
I've made this since I feel like all the gore mods are very unrealistic, of course, if you are playing for fun then I recommend those as they are very fun! But basing it on real-life when people get shot there is a small amount of blood and not 5 blood pools everywhere.
Features.
Reduces the amout of blood pools by 90%
Reduces the amount of blood splatters by 90%
Removes the mist of blood when shot.
Decreases the rate of blood appearing.
Compatiblity with any gore mods.
Installation.
MAKE A BACKUP!
Requirements OpenIV
decals.dat bloodfx.dat
mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>effects
Drop the files I provided into there. Make sure edit mode is turned on
fxdecal.ytd
mods>x64a.rpf>textures
Turn on edit mode.
Open the fxdecal.ytd
Drag and drop the PNG files I provided into there.

@MylesTheBroom As I've said. The gore mods are fun to use no doubt I enjoy them too. But this is just if you wanna have it realistic or just reduce the amount of blood.

man this mod is good and recommended for people who wants a blood mod that is not gory. 10/10!

@wellalrightjacob First off, when someone gets shot, there is a blood pool and splatter. The gore mods exaggerate it by adding gallons of blood, but this exaggerates it in the opposite direction by removing blood entirely.
@Brukanator Depends on what kind of weapon. If you get shot with a shotgun there is a lot of blood I agree, but i never removed all the blood. Not sure if you tried it out but when you shoot someone with shotgun there is still a lot of blood. I made this more focused on pistols. There are not blood pools and splatters when shot with for example a police department pistol. There might be a few blood after a while but keep in mine i never removed the blood I just decresead it. But thanks for the input appreciate it!
OIV PLIS
@JsAutent1K I cannot add OIV since it's replacing textures. Sure I could just add the whole fxdecal.ytd but at that point I'd be just stealing someones else blood mod. Without the OIV you can install this with other blood mods.
