INSTALLATION
To install you will need open IV
Navigate to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Hit edit mode at the top then replace
policeb.yft/policeb.ytf/policeb_hiyft/policeb+hi.ytd
THEN....
Navigate to -update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
and replace the vehicles.meta file.
Or if you need, the line is provided in a .txt file if you want to edit current .meta file
