FOR MANUAL INSTALL FOLLOW THE SAME PATH

GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\viper\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\

OPEN viper.ytd

click on Import
import files from "MANUAL INSTALL" folder then save .
