In my opinion the only thing this model needed was slightly different styled headlights.
DOWNLOAD THE CAR: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2005-bmw-m3-e46
then replace the original .ytd file with mine.

@Alekseyys Nice Work! do you have any suggestions for an update for the car? :D
@HitmanNiko Thank you. Well to be honest I like the Alpina Style 32 Rims which I have on the picture, so they could be as a default with the model. But then again otherwise M3 is a M3 so better keep it stock. An openable roof, and the rear windows which open in a recede way of manner that the E46 coupe/M chassis specifically had would be perfect as an extra.
