I know the LaFerrari Purrari has been done. This is the 458. The one that sparked off a lawsuit between Deadmau5 and Ferrari.

Installation:

1: Install this mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ferrari-458-spider-2013-add-on-tuning-livery

2: Using OpenIV, access C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\yFe458\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\ and import the "livery_sign_3" texture into the yFe458s1.ytd or yFe458s2.ytd file.
N.B. You will need to use "Edit Mode".
