This mod does not include the vehicle model.
This mod adds a lore-friendly SAHP livery for the "Most Wanted 2012 - Los Santos City PD Pack: Vapid Scout Police Utility".
The textures are 4096X4096.
It also adds a new carcols.meta to change the LED falsh pattern and color.
