You'll need to install this http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/14803-lsfd-ford-f350-ambulance/ first and rename the files to pranger (or any vehicle choice providing you rename the ytd as well, ie, riot)
This is a fictional skin for a Ford F450 ambulance which turns it into a NOOSE vehicle (NOOSE is a ingame agency based of the DHS). I intend for it to be used for bomb squad and counter terrorist duties, although really the choice is yours :-)
The skin is not based on anything else. Expect more US mods soon! Also expect an installation vid soon.
Install in latest patchday. ie,\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles
