Bringing CLE to GTA! I been watchin...and your work is damn awesome. I can imagine the stadium textures, the flats, def the east side in all its glory, billboards, some bridges, I-90 too and its gonna be crazy af one day. I bet the radio chatter and ambient fx audio would be easy to grab up. GREAT WORK!
