Real world and fictional paint for FoxtrotDelta's MC-27J Gunship.

Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mc27\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\mc27us.ytd
If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file mc27us.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origmc27.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with one of the included liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and replace the mc27us.ytd file with a file from the extracted zip file:
...D:\Program Files\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mc27\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\mc27us.ytd
After replacing the .ytd file, open it in OpenIV and rename the desired paint, for example C27_1X_TRussia - C27_5X_TRussia, to C27_1X_T - C27_5X_T, then save the file. There is the original paint, requested real world RCAF SAR paint and requested fictional paint for Russia and China.
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the mc27us.yft or mc27us_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn mc27us with the trainer of your choice.
I've included work file(s) in case you'd like to use it as a starting point for your own paint.
Enjoy,
Gillman
