Real Taxi Bus Fix with new Taxi Ads 1.0

This is a real Taxi/Bus light fix with new realistic Taxi ads.
Most of the other fixes i found, just didn't really fix this issue for me or still have some generic ads that looked horrible.
I adjust the taxi and bus ads in Photoshop and then went in and tweaked the visualsettings.dat until i found the right amount of lights.
I have included a README file so you know exactly where to put these textures. It is a super easy install.

love the idea of having something else than just the generic ads. but i was wondering what is it you have changed in the visual.dat? i already have a custom file so i wanted to manually make the changes if you could tell what you changed?
why that ad didn't change?
