4 FIB Police skins for 95 Impaler model.
Meant to be used with NeoGeo's Declasse Impaler Pack:

Installation Instructions:
Go to any ytd located in the above listed pack's "Impaler_90s" rpf and replace the signs with the ones provided in the pack. I recommend the DPPD Impaler, but it should function with any of the 90's impaler.
