Address: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday15/14(Most recent in your game)/dlc.rpf/x64levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Please also follow all instructions in the official New York State Police Mega Pack [ELS] 1.1.0 file correctly
Replace it with the corresponding vehicle among all of the New York State Police Mega Pack: 2012 Tahoe 3K35
//CRUCIAL INFORMATION:
Since the SWAT SUV of Watch Dogs is based on the same SUV Polar model for police cars, you can use the SWAT vehicle as the fbi and fbi2 model. Simply copy all the files with the name "sheriff2" from the original 2012 Tahoe 3K35 folder and rename them by fbi. Repeat the process and rename them by fbi2. (Also the xml for the ELS system, otherwise, the game will not recognize it). This will have on the one hand the normal Polar SUV designated as sheriff2, on the other hand the Polar SWAT designated as fbi and on the other hand the polar SWAT designated as fbi2 (fbi 2 only if you want all the fbi vehicles to be like the SWAT Polar)
