1. Open OpenIV
2.Go to GTAV\Update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. Enable edit mode.
4. Replace the file blista3+hi.ytd & blista3.ytd
5. Rebuild
Make sure you backup it up!!!!
