3. OPEN Openiv and go to E:\Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_one_p\
4. Enable edit mode (In the top right corner)
5. Backup the Original file
6. Then replace file ''p_eyes_diff_007_a.ytd'' ''p_eyes_007.ydd''
7. Turn off edit mode
8. Start gta 5
