Before replacing, make sure to make a backup folder and throw your standard dlc there.
Installation:
1.Open OpenIV,
2.Go to update\x64\dlcpacks\mpjanuary2016/x64/models/cdimages/mpjanuary2016_male_p.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_p_mp_m_mpjanuary2016_01
3.Drag everething from downloaded archive and put it in this folder.
4.Enjoy!.
