If you watch WWE then you know who the Fiend is. I like how the mask looks and I wanted to see if it was possible to do and it was so here it is. Enjoy
How to install Fiend Mask and Eyes by Grizzle Beeztana

Requiments
Open IV- https://www.openiv.com
Menyoo- https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
*************
- First ( if you havent alredy ) download and install and follow the directions for OpenIV and MENYOO
- Then Open, OpenIV go to OpenIV/GTAV/mods/x64v.rpf/models/streampeds.players.rpf/player_one
scroll down acc_diff_003_a_uni.ytd double click
- Open Feind Mask and Eyes Folder and replace with Fiend Mask
- To add the Fiend eyes scroll down to teef_diff_000_a_uni.ytd and replace with Fiend Eyes
