This is a Grim Reaper chain I made for Franklin
1-download and install this:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/emfsp-easy-mod-folder-for-sp-player-mods
2- install (with OpenIV) :
Go to
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > EMFsingleplayer > dlc.rpf > streamedpeds players.rpf >
player one
3- Feel free to leave some feedback on what i could improve for the next chain i make and post on here

got a question, how to equip them cuz i am using rampage trainer and cant find them on which section is it ?
