Finally someone who know what "lore friendly" means. Not the usual BS that get posted here. Rockstar did a great job with their puns and memes in the game and then the "modders" replace this art with coca cola, monster energy and soccer shirts...

when i install the skin the rockstar social club starts downloading back the last skin you replaced what to do??

@kobi107 As with any mod that deals with RPF editing you must block GTA V with Windows Firewall or disconnect your internet before launching the game...

For starters, we've tested this extensively and no one has had their .RPFs corrupted by our mod. If you continue verifying the integrity of the modified .rpf, the game will continue to redownload the original, thus removing the mods.

What I recommend you do is, delete your x64e.rpf, verify your game files to get a fresh new one. Then, remove all your mods (all your scripthooks, .asis, .dlls, what have you) and see if you can launch the game. If you can, things are looking good. Place your mods back in, install the OpenIV RPF Plugin through OpenIV, install our mods, give it a shot.
It looks to me like there's some issue with your OpenIV.asi. Could have been caused by OpenIV messing up, not installing properly, what have you.

Once you have everything working, I suggest you block the game's executable with your firewall to prevent any verifying of the game's integrity
