It took me 2 hours to finish working on this, so at least rate it and if you don't like it, don't download it!
@Bjh1986Ohio No this is just a simple retexture in OpenIV.
Skull balaclava is good but the uniform texture is bad.
You should overlay the camo over a grayscale version of the uniform, not paste it all over. All the details are gone.

MS Paint retexture of a vanilla model with a .png slapped carelessly on a couple of parts without image transparency or normal mapping. Looks horrible.
