First things first, in order to use these outfits you'll need to download this beautiful trainer right here. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
To install move whichever outfits you want to use into [game directory]/MenyooStuff/Outfit
From there what you'll wanna do is open Menyoo and select the "player" option, go to wardrobe the finally "outfits"
Enjoy.

@Impactjunky Thanks man. I know these types of "mods" are looked down on but I liked how these guys look so much I figured I'd share. Good for video's as filler baddies, ya know?

@idlehands Menyoo, Map Editor and Skin Control are great tools that help all community members provide content and express their tastes when they otherwise wouldn't be able to. You gotta keep it interesting though because literally anyone can upload stuff with those mods and you see a lot of odd uploads that just make you scratch your head.
@Impactjunky Right. Like the "tron" suits from single player as an outfit when the pieces are there to be used together from the get-go. Never understood it. But the theme here is purge and I provided some screenshots to build some atmosphere. :)
