Use OPEN IV and find "ig_tracydisanto" in the directory:
D:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\ig_tracydisanto
And replace the file that you like it. :)
