You dont need menyoo for this all you need is a trainer or something that changes your clothes then you change to a male or female online character and boom you can change the clothes to this.

@caca2bx2 Your English instructions are impossible to read. Here are the instructions I use in my outfit packs:
Move the .xml files into [game directory]/MenyooStuff/Outfit

Once you've started the game, open Menyoo, go to
Player > Wardrobe > Outfits and select it from the list.

Feel free to use that in your readme if you want.

This is a preset, so you can load the outfit immediately without changing all the individual components one by one every time you use it.
