Description
Realistic Shooter is a mod focused on immersion for elite snipers. It adds a more realistic experience to the use of sniper rifles,
with features such as breath control, a sequence of effects geared towards cinematic gameplay,
and a sense of weight and precision when aiming.
Note: This package includes the mod's .DLL file and three additional folders inside the "scripts" folder. Simply copy and paste the "scripts" folder into your game's root directory. These folders contain the files necessary for the installation and operation of the mod.
Requirements
GTA V Story Mod
ScriptHookV
ScriptHookVDotNet v3.7.0 nightly.75
Warning: Nightly versions may have compatibility issues.
If you update ScriptHookVDotNet3 and the mod stops loading, revert to the recommended version.
Installation
Download and install ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet3 (recommended nightly version) above.
If you don't have a "scripts" folder, create one. If you already have one, simply copy the folder (scripts) with all the files inside it to the root folder of your GTA V game.
Attention: Do not rename the files or the files within the folders, as the mod needs to recognize each folder and each file by its respective name.
"scripts" folder for Grand Theft Auto V - scripts
How it works
The mod runs automatically when you start the game.
Troubleshooting
1. The mod does not appear or does not work
Check if the ScriptHookV.dll and ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll files are in the GTA V root folder.
Check if the Sniper-ReisBr.dll file is in the "scripts" folder of Grand Theft Auto V.
2) Error in the log similar to:
"Could not load file or assembly ScriptHookVDotNet3, version..."
This indicates a version incompatibility between your DLL and the installed ScriptHookVDotNet3.
Solution: Revert to the recommended version of ScriptHookVDotNet3 v3.7.0 nightly 75.
Bomb Voice Headshot Sound not working
Solution: Verify that you copied the scripts folder containing the three folders:
BombVoice
Sniper Sound
Sound Effect Headshot
Each folder contains the files necessary for the mod to function.
DO NOT rename the folders or the files within them.
Complete .ini file to configure the keys and enable/disable the effects.
All this while maintaining stable performance, without FPS drops and without crashes.
MAIN FEATURES
Sniper Aim Tremor.
Slight tremor when aiming with a sniper rifle, generating a realistic sensation.
Hold Breath - Default key: Shift
Resets the tremor - Heartbeat
Displays the breath bar - The last 3 seconds turn red
Sounds: Heartbeat - Critical Zone
Headshot Effects: 7 unique sounds
When the player hits any NPC in the head with a firearm, a sequence of different sounds is played: Headshot1.wav Headshot2.wav ... Headshot7.wav - resets.
Can be enabled/disabled in the .ini file.
NEW - Sound: Look at the bomb
Whenever the player throws a real grenade (Grenade, Sticky Bomb, Proximity Mine, Homemade Bomb, etc.), the mod plays the radio sound:
look-at-the-bomb-on-the-radio.wav
Does not play on: Molotov cocktails, firearms, melee weapons or other non-explosive weapons
SETTINGS .ini
Automatically generated file in: scripts Sniper ReisBr.ini
Audio section:
HeartbeatEnabled=true
HeadshotEnabled=true
BombVoiceEnabled=true
BombVoiceEnabled=true enables/disables the bomb sound
You can disable any feature without deleting anything.
But if you accidentally delete some settings from the .INI file and don't know how to revert them, or even if you don't like what you configured, don't worry. Just delete the INI file from the folder and restart the game; it will be recreated and saved again in the scripts folder.
INSTALLATION
Simply copy the "scripts" folder, which contains all the necessary files, and paste it into the root folder of GTA V.
The "scripts" folder should contain:
Sniper ReisBr.dll
Sniper ReisBr.ini (created when starting the game)
Sniper Sound
Headshot Sound Effect
Bomb Voice
Before saying that it's not working for you, check if you already have the Optimized:
Recommended Use: Optimized Gameconfig.xml - PackfileLimitAdjuster - HeapAdjuster
These files are necessary in any mod to prevent crashes and unexpected game shutdowns.

That's awesome! The sound effects for "look at the bomb" and the render shot sounds are insane. Congratulations on the excellent work and creativity!
Nice, but why ai thumbnails?
@Mrkai721 The thumbnails utilize AI for visual and aesthetic composition.
No game assets were generated by AI — only the promotional images.
All code and functionalities of the mod are original.
I will be posting more real images of the game.
Thank you for leaving your comment.
@Mrkai721 The thumbnails use AI for visual and aesthetic composition. But you're right, the images look bland and have nothing to do with the game itself. I removed the others and now I've put in the actual game images. Thanks for the tip, it was very helpful. I really appreciate it.
@PcGamer01 Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked it. I've always believed that after hard work and dedication, it will always be worth it in the end.
Regardless of the work involved, this mod was much easier to make. I already had these headshot and bomb voice sound effects in other mods, so all I did was combine two mods into one, creating this nostalgic feeling, reminding me of my time playing Counter-Strike.
Spoiler alert: I'm working on another mod, which I'll be releasing soon with these same effects. However, it will be a mod with a lot of shooting, and the player will have to be quick to survive. It's worth waiting for.
I also want to wish you a Merry Christmas. God bless you, and a blessed 2026 full of victories and achievements.
