Adds in a seatbelt feature, only works in cars, stops you from flying out your windshield, press B to put your seatbelt on/off.
Make sure you have ScriptHookV and the LATEST ScriptHookV.Net
To install move all files to your scripts folder

Awesome simple mod :D please fix the delay! the setting in the ini doesnt seem to work.
