Now this seems not able to skip Legal Messages because second argument of FindPattern written at line 64 of main.cxx is not working.

This is how to skip Legal Messages easily.
1) Open SkipIntro.asi with any Binary Editor.
2) Overwrite 000103E0-000103E8 [78 78 78 3F 3F 3F 3F 78 00] like this.

3) You can skip it and the startup will be 13 seconds faster.

@tgetetetevzx Actually this works but it takes longer for the game to start. the legal message does appear but only for about 3 seconds. I found that this is about 4 seconds faster than loading the game normally.

Ok As of November 4, 2018, this is a "tested" rundown on this mod. First of all, I find the title somewhat misleading because this mod DOES NOT skip the EULA legal crap! It only eliminates the initial "Intro" basically, the main intro with the police sirens, glass break sounds, the blur and the *R logo splash at the beginning (hence: "SkipIntro.asi"). So I was curious to find out how much faster exactly the game would load with this mod installed and eliminating the main intro (which is exactly what it does basically). So I decided to give it a legit test on my own with a desktop "StopWatch" app in the mix and upload the results here with a video. Btw, I uploaded the video here so watch it if you wanna find out! Overall, based on my tests this mod saves you about 40 to 44 seconds "wait time" so I guess it's worth it somewhat, I wish it would shorten that time even further by eliminating the actual "EULA" paragraphs though. There is a comment posted here above by "tgetetetevzx" that suggests another method to cut down the time even further by tapping into the "Skipintro.asi" file with a Binary Editor....that I haven't tried yet but, I will look into that myself and probably do another video on the results of that and upload it here when I'll get a chance. Anyways, Overall score on this mod from JAM102970, I'll give it a nice "4" stars. Could easily been a full "5" stars if it would speed loading time faster than 40-44 seconds though.

I can confirm that the changes @tgetetetevzx recommends do work flawlessly! The Eula flashes on the screen for about a second then begins to load the game. Huge time savings, it makes a big difference when you are working on mods. If anyone has any trouble with it send me a message and I can share the modified asi file.

@MADMaxX search for first postion only which is 000103E0
than you work over with the replacements to the 8th postiion in this line. thats why this description is including 000103E8 <=== heres that eight again, see?! author just wanted to make sure that replacements are made only at this point and anybody doesn't mess with data after ;-)
