Or maybe not, even if im remove Boomerang its not have liveries/tuning, but im shore boomerang was have liveries before im add Packer and Packer Racecar

@MrKote Allready find out same problem with Bob322 s Cheval Boomerang V8 Super Circuit, maybe its core of problem, sadly this is everything i can find out :(

@MrKote There is problem with tuning parts... im only replace old dlc.rpf with new

@glennoconnell Would you make civil armored one? (with out sirens, police lights and flags)

@Bob322 Please make add-on versions for your old cars, im allready replace washington with Stratum coupe but im dont have anymore cars to replace...
