vertex colors are wrong, has no LODs, and textures arent fixed for gta
vertex colors are wrong and the textures sizes are awful
mesh is messed up because you didn't properly merge vertices, vertex colors are bad, it's in accs even though there's no reason for it to be (should be in lowr), and you left out all of the other textures that come with the original mesh. very low quality mod.
