Works as advertised, one problem though: as soon as the weapon wheel opens, all NPC dialogue ceases to exist. No random dialogue, no reaction dialogue or noises, no pain noises, pressing "E" as any of the main characters to talk to NPC's doesn't work, etc. When I first load the game, all voices work perfectly fine, they only disappear once I open the weapon wheel, and after that the game has to be restarted to fix it. It's not game breaking as far as I can tell, but it definitely takes some of the life out of the game's atmosphere. But other than that, it does work, and it hasn't crashed the game. So overall a good script, it's just too bad about that bug is all.
Works near perfectly though, for me at first, any of the included scripts would crash as soon as any money transaction would take place. This turned out to be an incompatibility with Player Companion mod. Only including that info for anyone else that may find it useful. As far as this mod by itself goes however, a lot of animations don't work properly (like ordering drinks at a bar like the arcade for instance), which is sort of a small thing in comparison to the actual meat of this mod. It's not perfect, but this is modding, so I'd consider it close enough. Especially now that it seems you're working on this again which is awesome and exciting. It's really awesome to have this kind of thing in singleplayer breathing new life into the game. 😊
Been using this mod for a long time now (like a year, forgot to rate til today heh heh...) and never had any issues with it. It's great for a lot of things, like photoshoots, b-role or otherwise interior shots for film, or just general immersion or curiosity. With how long this mod has been maintained and updated, you must care quite a lot about this project and it shows. Thank you for this mod 😊
This is a really cool idea, and even the beta has some pretty cool features in it. I love that a racer can just suddenly fly by on the highway, really makes the game feel more alive. Highly anticipating future features as I already like where this is going. Very cool script!
Makes MP characters a lot more immersive by actually having to go to the stores to do things. One problem I kept having, whenever I would enter a clothing store, my hair would reset to bald and all makeup would reset to none. Probably just how it works, which would be understandable, but thought I'd mention it in case it's not supposed to. Either way, great script, very nice.
While this is a great start of a full fledged trainer, there is several things to work out. First thing I noticed is the wardrobe function doesn't have a texture cycle option. Say there's a t-shirt that normally has 10 colors, well, without a texture cycle option you get option 1 of 10 and that's it. Second issue, headlights and tail lights of more than half of the vehicles I spawned *after loading them through xml* files (after saving the xml through Rampage) did not work at all. I didn't try every vehicle, but I did try a few dozen. Thirdly, Character Stat adjustments do not seem to work (on Michael, Trevor, or Franklin). Fourthly, "Infinite Ammo" seems to do the exact same thing as "Infinite Clip". Fifth and final issue I had, when deleting spawned objects, some don't actually get deleted, they instead fall through the ground only to re-appear shortly after as the game tries to recover the object from the void. This could just be how the objects behave natively though, it may have nothing to do with the Trainer.
Other than those issues, this is a great trainer, and I do enjoy the feel of it. The menus make sense, the smooth scrolling is a great touch, and it has all of the standard functions of a trainer. I know this gets compared to Menyoo a lot, but if I may make a suggestion, Menyoo has a weapon loadout feature which would be nice to see here as well. Not pressing, just a suggestion. Teleport, weather, time, vehicle spawning and customization, and weapon spawning and attachments are all present. The trainer can and does block the despawning of DLC vehicles, and the Spooner has a save/load function which is nice. But keep in mind Rampage can not load Spooner xml's made in Menyoo sadly... But overall, really cool trainer.
@IDarthVaderX1 Yeah, it'd be cool if it could be changed, but sadly it can not. There isn't enough space for the character to be seated any differently. Either the player character clips through the seat, the steering wheel, or the roof if changed, and even if that wasn't the case, it would require redoing ALL driving animations in the game. I don't think I've even seen anyone make animations overhauls for this game so I don't even know if it's possible to do to begin with.
Eyy, all fixed. Nice job! Works perfectly now.

Does exactly as advertised. Way simpler than rummaging through scenario files with mod menus, makes a nice touch for YT vids too. Very cool
Eyyy nice work with the newest update! My goodness it must have taken a lot of work, and it's much appreciated. 😄
