open all the "xxxxxx_overlays.xml" of each DLC inside the folders: " effects \ peds ", and place inside the folder of the link below,
you have to open the original and updated game files, whenever there is a DLC update open and place the files new ones, thus avoiding some crashes and part of the "Amanda '' bug.
I tried to post the files with the update but the moderator did not allow it, any questions and just post here

I just sent a small file that corrects some of the bugs such as haircuts and DLC suits, also one of the reasons for Amanda's crashes
